The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Population Affairs (OPA) recently announced a new funding opportunity under the Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program:
AH-TP1-23-001: Advancing Equity in Adolescent Health through Evidence-Based Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programs and Services (estimated total funding: $68.6 million)
This funding opportunity is to support organizations to advance health equity for adolescents, their families, and communities through the replication and scaling of medically accurate and age-appropriate evidence-based TPP programs.
These programs have been proven effective through rigorous evaluation to reduce teenage pregnancy, behavioral risk factors underlying teenage pregnancy, or other associated risk factors.
The deadline to apply is April 18, 2023.
