Community Engagement Awards Funding Opportunity

 
The Tribal Community Coordinating Center will fund two capacity-building projects to support commercial tobacco prevention efforts. Selected projects will be awarded $4,250 each.  Applications must be submitted by August 30, 2024, at 5 pm PDT. All work must be completed by June 30, 2025.

Application Requirements and Selection Guidelines

 
Submissions must include a profile, project proposal, description of organization, and a proposed expense plan that outlines the cost of implementing proposed activities for an amount not to exceed $4,250. A committee will review applications submitted by the deadline of August 30, 2024. Late applications and those not meeting requirements will not be considered. Applicants will be notified of their award status on September 6, 2024.

Please note, this opportunity is available to California-based American Indian/Alaska Native-serving individuals or organizations interested in supporting TCCC's community engagement efforts in tobacco prevention. Not open to applicants currently receiving tobacco tax funds.
