As a health equity organization, we are driven by our mission to improve the health and well-being for youth and communities by championing science. One of the ways we work towards our mission is through supplying science-backed and evidence-based interventions (EBIs).

These programs have been scientifically evaluated and demonstrated effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes, such as teaching lifelong healthy habits and reducing risky behaviors.

ETR’s professional development offerings are tailored to address the goals of organizations and the communities they serve. We offer science-based training, technical assistance, and consultation services to strengthen and support program implementation and sustainability.

HealthSmart is ETR’s skills-based, K-12 curriculum that’s customizable to align with local and state standards while providing key concepts, which develop and support healthy behaviors for a lifetime. 

To help educators of all levels get the most out of our program, we offer training options to meet their needs. There is a self-paced online orientation for educators with a HealthSmart account, and the ability to request virtual in-depth, multi-hour trainings, as well as topical trainings for content areas in HealthSmart.

• Director of Information Security and Compliance will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ETR’s information security and compliance programs.
• Senior Full Stack Developer will lead development efforts on ETR’s enterprise and project-specific Drupal applications, as well as design, build, and maintain secure, accessible, and high-performance digital solutions.
• Customer Success and Implementation Specialist will be responsible for providing support to ETR’s school-based customers and internal sales representatives in combination with identifying, investigating, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries related to websites, subscriptions, and products to ensure customer success.
