About

Community or listening circles have deep roots in many Native American cultures. They serve as powerful tools for improving communication, fostering interconnectedness, and building trust. At the core of this tradition lies the belief that every voice deserves to be respected and heard. Participants practice active listening with the intent to fully understand one another. The circle provides a safe and supportive space that nurtures a sense of belonging. Confidentiality is honored, and honest communication is embraced. The strength and understanding cultivated in the circle are valuable resources that benefit both individuals and the community in all facets of life.

Our next Community Circle will be held virtually on May 6, 2024 at 1 PM PT. Register now by completing the form below.
